Had a sweet time staying here, thanks to free WiFi for constant social media updates and a washing machine that saved me from stinky laundry. The city views from the apartment were pretty spectacular too!
I just loved climbing steep stairs to my apartment on the third floor, it's like a mini workout every day!

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city. The host provided us with all the information we needed and even allowed us to check in earlier, which was a big help. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and even some refreshing drinks in the fridge. The spaciousness of the apartment, with a separate lofted area for the bedroom, was a great touch. And let's not forget the convenience of having a washer, iron, and hairdryer available. Despite the 58 stairs to climb, the effort was worth it for the amazing experience. I highly recommend this accommodation for a comfortable and convenient stay in Florence.

I had a great stay at Sweet Home in Santa Croce! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the host was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a bottle of bubbly for our honeymoon. Despite the lack of a lift, the stairs were manageable, and we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep in the cozy bed. I highly recommend this apartment for its convenience and value for money.
The only slight drawbacks were the hard bed and the lack of a clothes drying stand. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

Great location, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine which was a luxury after weeks of traveling. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages.
There is no elevator in the building, so be prepared to climb three flights of stairs. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable for some.

This apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! It was spacious, tidy, and had a kitchen equipped with everything we needed, plus some basic cooking items. The location was super convenient, just on the outskirts of the city, and the value for money was jaw-dropping. The host was incredibly friendly and even gave us a bottle of bubbly for our honeymoon. The gelato place around the corner was amazing! The studio apartment at the top of the building was just perfect, with a beautiful bedroom under exposed beams. Maurizio, the host, was fantastic and very helpful. Can't wait to come back! No problem with the stairs, but be aware there is no lift available. Thank you for an incredible stay!
